How Cloud GST, provided by Kochi Digital, handles the information you keep in it.

What is stored

• Your business profile: name, address, GSTIN, PAN, logo, seal, signature, UPI ID and bank details you enter.
• Your customers and suppliers, items, invoices, quotations, purchases, receipts, expenses and other records you create.
• User accounts for your business, and an activity log of who signed in and what was saved, with the date, time and IP address.

Why it is used

Only to run your billing, accounts and GST work in Cloud GST: making and sending documents, keeping stock and balances, and preparing GST returns.

Who can see it

The people your business adds as users, according to the role you give them. Each business sees only its own records. Kochi Digital staff may access it to provide support and keep the service running.

When it leaves Cloud GST

When you email or WhatsApp a document, it is sent to the address or number you choose through our email and WhatsApp messaging providers. Cloud GST does not sell your information or use it for advertising.
